Roswell Thursday Night Ride
This page is for information on the Roswell Thursday Night Ride that begins at Roswell Riverside Park. We begin the ride in early spring after the time change with a start time of 6:00PM for the months of March and April. In May we stagger the start for the A, b, C and new D groups beginning at 6:30PM. In Spetember we return to 6:00 PM mass start.
Come join us in Roswell, the first bicycle friendly community in Georgia. Beautiful flats along the Chattahoochee coupled with spectacular homes along climbs (1500 ft of ascent) that can challenge the best rider. We even ride past Chipper Jones’ house/neighborhood.
Four groups to choose from; all leave at 6:00 PM(March, April, Spetember) 6:30(May-August) from Riverside Park, 575 Riverside Road, Roswell, GA 30075
A Group 20-23 mph average – 25 miles 
B Group 18-21 mph average – 20 or 25 miles
C Group 16-18 mph average – 20 or 25 miles no drop
D Group 10-16 mph average – 12 miles partial road mostly trail
Our goal is to have a safe, friendly and challenging ride for all.
• We support those with mechanical problems and flats. B, C & D groups
• We do not use Aero Bars unless riding in the rear or front of the pack.
• We do not use ear phones or ear plugs.
• We obey traffic rules and try at all times to be courteous to motorist.
• We always wear helmets.
