Know how to fit your own helmet or your child's helmet before heading out on your bike with this instructional video from our friends at Roswell Bicycles Bike Shop.

ABC Quick Check

Before each ride it is important to do a quick check to make sure your bicycle is in safe riding condition.  Performing an ABC Quick Check each time you ride will make sure you have a safe and enjoyable ride:

  • A = AIR
  • B = Breaks
  • C = Chain and cranks
  • Quick = Quick releases on your tires and seat
  • Check = Check it over!
